Investment Referral Program

The Real Estate Hard Money “Investment Referral Program” is an initial six (6) month customer privilege and is designed to help our customers obtain hard money funding for business to business real estate investments.  The one time start up investment for the “Investment Referral Program” is $997.00.  Thereafter, customers may choose at their discretion to continue to use our services for $97.00 for each subsequent six (6) month period. The Real Estate Hard Money “Investment Referral Program” is a referral program and the purpose of the program is to provide customers network access and a Business Development Consultant mentor. Your Business Development Consultant will guide you through every step of the process and will provide you with strategic investment advice. Members may be required to complete an application with each participating entity for each piece of real estate they strive to acquire.  Typically, an investor will need approximately 8% to 10% of the hard money loan amount in liquid reserves as well as 6 months interest only payments in reserves. Costs that will incur in and through the process of acquiring real estate are not included in the participation of the program. In addition, members may be required to submit pictures of subject property, construction analysis, estimates or bids, asset statements, YTD Profit and Loss statements, W-2 statements and exit strategies.  Real Estate Hard Money is not a mortgage banker or hard money lender in any state
